At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or even by tapping their bank card to travel.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior EA to support our CEO and Operating Group, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a part-time role, ideally 4 days per week, with flexibility for the right candidate. This is not a traditional EA role focused only on diary management. It is a trusted partnership role at the centre of how our leadership team works together. You will create clarity, protect focus and ensure conversations turn into action. You will bring structure and calm to a global executive team across the UK and North America.
Location
This role is available for candidates based in London or the surrounding areas. It is primarily remote, with the expectation of attending our London office a couple of times per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Create clarity and momentum
- Prepare agendas and materials for Operating Group, Board and All Hands meetings
- Capture decisions and track actions through to completion
- Bring focus when discussions or priorities start to drift
- Protect time and focus
- Manage complex, multi time zone calendars for the CEO and Operating Group
- Balance competing priorities with sound judgement
- Push back respectfully when needed
- Support high-trust work
- Coordinate investor meetings and confidential initiatives such as M&A
- Prepare clear documentation and manage information flow securely
- Act as a calm, discreet presence in sensitive situations
- Connect a global team
- Build strong relationships across the UK and North America
- Bridge time zones and communication styles
- Encourage openness and reduce silos
- Operational excellence
- Arrange international travel when required
- Suggest practical improvements to how the team works

- Experience supporting C-level or senior executives in global environments
