You’ll work with the General Counsel and senior executives across UK and North America, handling data protection, IP/licensing, and cross-jurisdictional issues.
You’ll draft, negotiate, and close deals spanning SaaS, licensing, services, and partnerships, advising on risk and regulatory matters while collaborating with the CEO, CFO and CPO.
