We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 12 months, supporting our marketing efforts across the UK, Spain, and Italy. This role plays a key part in executing regional marketing activity that drives demand, supports sales engagement, and strengthens Masabi’s presence in the European transit market. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and the global marketing team to deliver campaigns, events, and content that connect with the right audiences and support business growth.

Location

This role is open to candidates based in the UK and can be worked remotely or in a hybrid setup. While we prefer candidates based in London, we’re open to applications from across the UK, as long as you’re happy to come into our London office a few times per quarter.

Responsibilities

  • Execute global marketing campaigns across the UK, Spain, and Italy; adapting them to resonate with regional audiences
  • Support demand generation across email, digital channels, and account-based marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and support outreach and campaign execution
  • Plan and deliver regional events including trade shows and industry conferences; managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up
  • Support and deliver webinars for regional prospects and customers
  • Create and adapt content including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and sales materials
  • Ensure content reflects regional market needs while aligning with global messaging
  • Support customer storytelling and regional announcements

About You

  • Solid experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on demand generation
  • Comfortable planning and delivering events and webinars end-to-end
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with attention to clarity and audience relevance
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience managing or contributing to website content, ideally using WordPress
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
