Permanent Recruitment/Talent Advisor - Waltham Abbey - 50-55K
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to work alongside the HR team. You will play a vital role in attracting and engaging top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting recruitment strategies across various organisational levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about talent acquisition and relationship management within a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Lead generation through social media management, networking, and utilisation of various channels to identify potential candidates
- Managing candidate databases using ATS platforms
- Conducting calls and interaction with prospective candidates via phone, email, and social media to build a robust talent pipeline
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Collaborating with the HR team to understand staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Supporting the onboarding process by coordinating interviews, assessments, and documentation
- Utilising tracking candidate system and recruitment metrics
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and social media management
- Attending job fairs and attracting the right candidates whilst enhancing brand awareness
What we need from you:
- Be able to pass a DBS check
- Drive with your own transport due to location and attending the occasional job fair
- Strong consistent background in recruitment, resourcing or similar
- Ideally knowledge of housing, electrical, construction or engineering
- Strong communication skills, verbal & written
- Work onsite (no hybrid/remote) Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
