Exciting opportunity in Quality, Health & Safety - Olney, Bucks - 45-47K. I am recruiting for a reputable client located in Olney, Buckinghamshire, who is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in a permanent position. The company is a thriving organisation committed to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety & Quality.

Day to Day duties are likely to involve:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular Risk Assessments and Safety Audits to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on Health & Safety practices and regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organisation.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in Health & Safety.
  • Maintain ISO 9001 registrations.
  • Continually develop and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure compliance and conduct internal and external audit processes required to maintain its effectiveness.
  • Manage any inspection visits and co-ordinate any corrective action required.
  • Be responsible for documentation control of all company documents, including creation of all company documents, policies and procedures.

In return, what we need from you:

  • Experience in H&S, Quality and compliance.
  • Have working knowledge of NEBOSH and IOSH accreditations.
  • Be able to converse at all levels whilst ensuring staff are aware of the company requirements.
