Join a small but fast-paced company based in Corby as an Administrator dealing mainly with the Construction industry.

  • Experience within the construction industry is a must to understand the processes of how this company gets involved.
  • Dealing with the warehouse and haulage companies to ensure your customers get their delivery as and when required.
  • Speaking to customers over the telephone/email providing an update where necessary.
  • Looking at raw materials and products to ensure sufficient stock is available.
  • Using internal database and Excel to process orders and maintain an update.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Review inventory levels and demand forecasts to maintain efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of production schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Working onsite Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm.

What we need from you:

  • Experience of working with or alongside the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal & written.
  • Good Excel skills.
