Exciting Opportunity for a Permanent Client Onboarding Specialist in St Albans – £50-60K.
I am proud to be partnering with a leading wealth management company based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Daily duties are likely to involve:
- Working in a small office in St Albans and closely with the Graduate Investment Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Writing suitability reports and onboarding clients using the templates that are already in place but you need to have experience of this.
- Updating the sections, looking at capacity for loss, income, outgoings, investment advice section.
- Diarising and arranging meetings with clients to obtain the details.
- Using the CRM system, Wealth Dynamix. If you have experience of this CRM, great, if not, you need to have the ability to learn and pick things up.
What we need from you:
- Experience of onboarding and writing suitability reports.
- Knowledge of SIIPS and be able to set up benefit withdrawals.
- Be able to problem solve.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working in the office Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a degree of flexibility.
- Please note due to the nature of the business you will be subject to DBS and the necessary checks to work within this industry.
