Mas Maya is seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Country Manager UK to establish and grow our presence in the United Kingdom. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic individual who combines business development, sales leadership, market development, and operational management. As the face of Mas Maya in the UK, you will be responsible for developing our network of architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and premium residential clients while building the foundations for long-term market growth.

A key part of the role will be establishing and managing the first Mas Maya UK Showroom, creating a destination where design professionals and clients can experience our products, finishes, and brand philosophy firsthand. The successful candidate will take ownership of the UK market, developing sales strategies, creating budgets, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Drive sales growth across the UK market, focusing mostly on architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and premium residential projects.
    • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects and prospective clients.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations/courses, and specification consultations.
    • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
    • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure project specifications.
    • Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Market Development
    • Develop and execute the UK market-entry and growth strategy.
    • Identify regional opportunities and prioritize target markets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Build strategic partnerships with design studios, distributors, contractors, and industry organizations.
    • Represent Mas Maya at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and trade fairs.
    • Act as the primary ambassador for the Mas Maya brand in the UK.
  • Showroom Development & Management
    • Lead the establishment and launch of the Mas Maya UK Showroom.
    • Create an inspiring customer experience aligned with the Mas Maya brand.
    • Organize showroom events, product launches, courses, and client presentations.
    • Manage showroom operations, visitor engagement, and ongoing development.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Conduct regular client visits throughout the UK.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
    • Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from specification through completion.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Financial & Operational Management
    • Develop annual budgets, sales forecasts, and business plans for the UK market.
    • Monitor performance against revenue, margin, and growth targets.
    • Manage market development expenditures and showroom budgets.
    • Prepare regular performance reports and market insights for senior management.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile

  • Strong network within architecture, interior design, construction, luxury residential, or building materials sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and generate sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience managing client relationships and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial planning skills.
  • Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Available full time.
