What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Oversee and maintain the marketing technology stack for clients, including CRM, MAP, CMS and analytics tools.
- Build, test and deploy marketing automation workflows, email sequences and lead nurture campaigns.
- Clean and standardise data across CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage lead scoring, lead routing and sales/marketing handoff processes.
- Set up and manage integrations between tools and platforms using native connectors or Zapier/Make.
- Conduct regular audits of marketing operations processes and recommend improvements.
- Support the wider team with technical implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain documentation for all marketing operations processes and workflows.
What we'd like you to have:
- 3-5 years experience in a marketing operations, CRM or automation-focused role.
- Deep experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub).
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, lead lifecycle and pipeline reporting.
- Experience building complex automation workflows, branching logic and lead scoring models.
- Comfortable with software integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with Pardot/Salesforce, Marketo or other enterprise MAP/CRM systems.
- HubSpot certifications (particularly Marketing Software or Operations).
- Experience with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Cognism).
- Familiarity with webhook-based integrations, custom API calls or basic scripting.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy compliance in a marketing context.
- Experience working in or with B2B SaaS or life science organisations.
