We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role managing multi-channel campaigns for ambitious B2B clients across PPC, SEO, content, email and more. You'll work directly with clients and collaborate with our senior team to deliver measurable results.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements
- Plan, create and schedule content across client marketing channels
- Build and optimise email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences and automation workflows
- Set up, manage and analyse CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Create and monitor dashboards and performance reports using Google Analytics, HubSpot and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with the creative team on landing page design, ad copy and campaign assets
- Support lead generation strategies including webinars, downloadable content and ABM campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices
What we’d like you to have:
- 2-4 years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing and content marketing fundamentals
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset – you love digging into data to find insights and optimise performance
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with WordPress or HubSpot CMS for website management
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads or other B2B-focused paid social campaigns
- Google Ads, Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with ABM tools or intent data platforms
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales/marketing alignment
