The role:
As part of the Programme Operations team, you will build highly effective relationships across our programmes to support the roll-out, enhancements and ongoing usage of our digital data collection tools. This role is well suited to someone who can find solutions to operational problems and create procedures to support this. Helping to ensure quality, stewardship and simplicity across our programmes is central to this role. You will:
- Support the roll-out of digital tools ensuring that both our Programme affiliates and partners are ready for the change
- Provide ongoing support to our programme countries with our existing programme delivery policies, procedures and tools
- Support the project management of operational change projects
- Monitor and review operational data to identify findings to improve reporting compliance and implement process improvement
- Review data to ensure that our programme countries are effectively managing stock and the school storerooms
- Support the collection, validation, and analysis of monitoring and performance data
- Support the development and implementation of the Programme Operations strategy that aligns with the organisation’s strategy and objectives
- Administer requests for Programme Operations support
- Proactively contribute to programmatic planning, risk management and reporting
You will bring:
- Experience of supporting change management, preferably in embedding new digital systems, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to demonstrate your motivation for working in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including the ability to show consideration for cultural differences.
- Critical thinking skills in order to analyse complex information and provide practical and effective solutions.
