Personal care responsibilities will include:

  • Support with grooming and rising
  • Managing continence
  • Personal hygiene

Support service users and their unpaid carers on an ongoing basis. Help service users move and be handled in a way that maximises their physical mobility. Enable our service users to keep up appropriate nutrition and hydration. Participate in the preparation of meals, drinks, and snacks. Make it possible for service users to manage their resources.

Offer social assistance by talking and listening to service users and assisting them in keeping in touch with friends and family. Provide assistance with various daily tasks that service users are unable to complete on their own, such as:

  • Cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Collecting pensions
  • Paying bills
  • Doing laundry

Make sure to clearly, legibly, and professionally document all actions and information that take place inside the home. Inform the Registered Manager of any changes to the health or social situation of service users. Carry out all tasks in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures and always adhere to the General Social Care Council Code of Practice. Administrate prescribed medications as specified in the care plan.
