Role Responsibilities
As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience and maintaining the efficient operation of the hotel's front desk. Customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are important qualities for individuals in this role.
Your main duties will include assisting guests during check‑in and check‑out, managing reservations, answering guest enquiries, and addressing any issues that guests might experience during their stay.
Please note this is a full‑time role (40 hours per week).
