An opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The Doyle Collection as our Talent Acquisition Researcher and support us with hiring exceptional talent into our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is excited to work for a fast-growing business, keen to learn something new every day and who really cares about creating a candidate experience we can be proud of. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Team and the wider People & Culture Teams.
Job Responsibilities
- General admin to support the Talent Team including updating our social media posts
- Supporting screenings of candidates
- Working very closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to provide suitable candidates for their positions
- Provide meaningful and timely feedback to candidates
- Posting and updating adverts on our ATS
- Update daily and weekly reports for the Talent Team
- You'll have a keen awareness of diversity and actively encourage diverse talent pools
- Assist on projects across the teams as required
This is a Monday to Friday position based at The Marylebone and The Bloomsbury Hotels.
