As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, creating genuine connections with our guests and ensuring every visit is memorable. You will be part of a team that is passionate about great food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, professional and engaging service throughout the guest journey.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations from our menus.
- Ensuring food and drinks are presented and served to the highest standards.
- Building rapport with guests and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the restaurant.
- Supporting your colleagues to achieve a consistently exceptional guest experience.
Skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
