This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. As a Barback, you will play an essential role in supporting the bar team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while helping to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting bartenders with the preparation and service of drinks.
- Keeping the bar stocked with glassware, beverages and supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across the bar area.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Ensuring all guest areas are welcoming, organised and fully prepared.
- Working closely with the wider food and beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Skills:
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a busy environment.
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
