The Role Reporting directly to the Nursery Manager and Senior Manager, you will provide safe, high-quality education and care for a group of children aged up to 5 years. You will lead and manage staff daily, ensure all legal and statutory requirements are met, and implement nursery policies to foster a fun, caring, and healthy development environment. What We Are Looking For To be considered for this Nursery Room Leader role, you must have: * Qualification: Level 3 or above in Early Years Childcare / Education. * Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Nursery Room Leader role or equivalent. * Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the EYFS and Statutory frameworks. * Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to use your own initiative.
