Marylebone Services are thrilled to be working with an outstanding childcare setting located in Stonebridge/Harlesden, London. We are currently seeking 2 permanent, full-time, compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join a team that shares a passion for nurturing the next generation.

Responsibilities

  • To work as part of the Nursery team to effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interests of children in the setting are met.
  • To plan and provide a safe, stimulating, rich learning environment which recognises the individual needs of the child.
  • To maintain accurate records of key children's development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child's life.
  • To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate day to day caring and the identification of early learning needs.
  • To be responsible for reporting any concerns regarding the welfare and safety of the children in the nursery.
  • To plan and supervise a range of outings for the children.
  • To ensure good standards of safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A recognised qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare Level 3.
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
  • A genuine love for working with children and a deep belief in the power of early learning through play.

  • Annual Leave: 28 days including.
