Marylebone Services are working with a well-regarded nursery based in Golders Green, London, seeking 2 passionate and experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educators to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new “home away from home” family-run nursery, with a beautiful and high-quality setting. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow and shine in a professional and passionate environment.
This is a full-time, 46 weeks/year, permanent position with a competitive salary. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm with children aged 10 months to 2 years old across a spacious and bright room, a sensory room, a separate sleeping space and a charming garden.
We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated, caring, enthusiastic, and committed to providing outstanding early years care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery.
- Work closely with parents and create trusting relationships with all families.
- Plan and implement engaging learning experiences that stimulate children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain accurate records of key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
- Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the management team to maintain high standards.
- Take responsibility for excellent hygiene, health and safety and security practices within the nursery.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a nursery setting.
- Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
- Working in a brand-new nursery with excellent facilities.
