About the Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will take an active role in planning, delivering, and assessing a range of stimulating activities that support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with a dedicated team of practitioners to ensure all children receive the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Complete observations and contribute to development records
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents and colleagues
  • Support routines such as mealtimes, toileting, and outdoor play
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
