The Role
The Deputy Nursery Manager will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, mentor a passionate team of practitioners, and maintain exceptionally high standards of care and education. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior practitioner or leader looking to progress within a unique and rewarding environment.
Key Requirements
- Qualification: A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
- Experience: Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting (e.g., Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, Third in Charge, or Deputy Manager).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding regulations.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English, and a professional attitude.
- Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
- Desirable: Additional language skills in Spanish are advantageous.
