Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0–5
  • Plan and implement activities that promote learning, development, and well-being
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Essential requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (CACHE/NVQ or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or Early Years setting in the UK
  • Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures
  • Flexibility and ability to travel between nursery settings across London
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (if new DBS is needed, we can assist and the cost will be £65)
  • Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK at the time of the application
  • We can also accept candidates with a Level 2 Early Years qualification, as long as you are currently studying a Level 3 and have at least 6 months proved work experience in a childcare setting
