We are looking for a dedicated Room Leader to join a dynamic and supportive team at a small and vibrant nursery setting located in St. John’s Wood, London, NW8. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of practitioners in delivering exceptional care and education for children aged 2.5 to 5 years. With your guidance, your room will become a nurturing, creative space where children thrive.
Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Have experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting in the UK, ideally as Room Leader
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children.
- Excellent communication skills both written & spoken
