Location: Baker Street Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Reports To: Clinical Director & Clinic Manager Overview As a key member of the Marylebone Diagnostic Centre team, you will combine front-of-house excellence with high-level clinical skills in phlebotomy, cannulation, and IV therapy. This hybrid role ensures clients receive a warm welcome, seamless service, and top-tier care, from booking to blood draw to IV therapy and follow-up. We’re seeking a polished, experienced, and proactive professional who thrives in both client-facing and clinical settings. Your role bridges reception, client coordination, and medical support—especially for our VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk · Greet and manage client arrivals with warmth and professionalism. · Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email queries promptly and with polish. · Manage bookings using clinical systems and confirm appointments. · Provide pre-treatment guidance and coordinate follow-ups. · Maintain reception and waiting areas to luxury standards. · Process secure payments and ensure accurate client documentation. Phlebotomy & IV Therapy · Perform venepuncture, cannulation, and IV therapy with precision. · Administer vitamin drips, monitor clients, and ensure comfort. · Track and label samples accurately; manage therapy kits and stock. · Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety protocols. · Support home and concierge visits as needed, including travel to clients and events. Operations & Clinical Support · Prepare clients for blood tests and therapy sessions. · Ensure treatment rooms meet hygiene and readiness standards. · Train junior staff and contribute to clinical process improvement. · Adhere strictly to GDPR and confidentiality standards. Ideal Candidate Experience : 2+ years in phlebotomy (private/hospital), with IV therapy experience. Qualifications : · BSc or MSc in a science-related field · HCA certification or NVQ Level 3+ · Qualified in cannulation and IV administration Skills : · Luxury client service mindset · Fluent English; excellent communication · Competent with clinical systems and payment handling · Calm, confident, and polished under pressure
