Located in one of the most iconic areas of Central London, we combine modern diagnostics, same-day results, wellness services, and a highly personalised approach.

We are currently seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator (Phlebotomy & IV Therapy) with cannulation experience to join our team. This is a front-facing, key role that combines patient interaction, IV therapy, and general clinic support. We’re looking for someone confident, organised, and friendly who can take ownership of the front-of-house clinical flow while delivering a seamless patient experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic and varied role with both clinical and administrative responsibilities. You'll play a central part in our patient journey, including:

  • Phlebotomy: Performing blood draws with skill, professionalism, and care
  • Cannulation & IV Therapy : Setting up and monitoring IV infusions for wellness treatments (must have proven cannulation experience)
  • Front of House Lead: Welcoming patients, managing the waiting area, and coordinating with the clinical team for a smooth patient flow
  • Reception Support: Handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient queries (especially during busy periods)
  • Clinical Room Prep: Keeping treatment rooms tidy, well-stocked, and ready for use
  • Diagnostic & Wellness Assistance: Supporting with sample handling, data entry, and assisting in wellness-related services
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with doctors, nurses, and admin to ensure an exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical admin / phlebotomy role
  • Must be certified and experienced in cannulation
  • Confident setting up and monitoring IV drips
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and highly professional
  • Able to take initiative and manage front-of-house clinical operations independently
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Generous benefits
  • Excellent holiday allowance
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Beautiful work environment in a high-end Central London clinic
  • Supportive, welcoming team and leadership
  • A role with responsibility, trust, and real growth potential

If you’re a confident phlebotomist with cannulation skills who thrives in a polished, professional, and patient-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.
