Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role
To be responsible for the delivery of a great neighbourhood housing management service which puts customers at the heart of service delivery. Operating within a strong performance culture you will proactively engage with customers to provide support, advice, and assistance to ensure that tenancy conditions are maintained, and any breaches of tenancy are dealt with effectively. Working closely with customers and the wider community you will build relationships to improve the lives and neighbourhoods of residents living in the Maryhill and Ruchill areas.
On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of EVH Grade 7, PA22 to PA25, £42,707 to £46,895. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
