Mary's Meals seeks a values-driven leader to join Mary's Meals International (MMI) as Director of Programme Management. Reporting to the Chief Programmes Officer, you will lead management, performance and governance of programmes globally, ensuring delivery, stewardship, and alignment with organisational priorities.
You will work with Country Directors, partners and colleagues to provide leadership across performance, planning, budgets, risk management, grants and organisational effectiveness.
