About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team at our busy Rock Climbing and Soft Play Centre. This is a lone-working position and requires someone who can work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
Working Hours
The role is for 2 hours per day, and these hours must be completed outside of the centre's operating hours. This means cleaning will take place either early mornings before opening or evenings after closing, depending on agreed arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and sanitising climbing areas, soft play equipment, and public spaces.
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Cleaning toilets, changing facilities, and staff areas.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
Restocking cleaning supplies and consumables where required.
Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be trustworthy, reliable, and punctual.
Be comfortable working alone without direct supervision.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Be physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties.
Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
Have a good understanding of health and safety practices.
