The Role
As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You'll:
- Help our Center Manager lead a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Help shape the future of our centre as we continue to grow
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health & safety
- Inspire, lead, and support an awesome team
- Maintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibe
- Organise events, workshops, and competitions
- Keep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performance
- Help drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideas
- Support our centre manager to grow and lead our Team
Requirements
- Have experience in team leadership or management (bonus if it’s in the leisure or climbing sector!)
- Love climbing or the outdoors and want to share that passion with others
- Are organised, proactive, and great with people
- Thrive in a dynamic, hands-on environment
