A Team Member is a key position within our company, responsible for successfully reflecting our company ethos and values to our customers and ensuring that they have a happy and fulfilling experience at Jefferson.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Exceptional customer service and rigorously implementing customer service standards
  • Serving delicious ice cream dishes and other food dishes
  • Serving coffees and other soft drinks
  • Being able to explain and recommend our wonderful ice cream menu
  • Maintaining a spotlessly clean shop always
  • Being a supportive team member
  • Ensuring that the shop is always immaculately presented and that exceptional food standards are rigorously adhered to and allergen information is kept up to date
  • Any activities that may be considered typical to the day-to-day operations of a shift
  • Maintaining statutory and good practice Health and Safety, Food hygiene and Fire Safety standards
