The Team Manager at Crate Bar & Pizzeria is a key part of the Bar & Pizzeria leadership team. As Team Manager, you will champion employee experience, providing support to the front of house team during shifts, leading continuous team training sessions, and building staff rotas – balancing operational, budget and staff requirements
You’ll be reporting to the Venue Manager.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team management, including maintaining a schedule of regular 1-1s, providing feedback and welfare support where necessary.
Building staff rotas by balancing operational and staff requirements, as well as meeting fortnightly payroll deadlines.
Working with the People and Communications Manager on recruitment drives.
Managing new starter onboarding processes, including administration, systems enrollment and first day checklists.
Maintaining an acceptable wage percentage inline with target, with support from the Venue Manager.
Shift management including providing support to supervisors.
Liaising with supervisors and managers to ensure all on shift tasks are completed.
Maintaining high levels of hospitality and cleanliness on the floor at all times.
All duty management responsibilities including opening and closing the venue.
