Mary Rush Care are looking for a caring, reliable and compassionate Full Time Support Worker to join the team at The Retreat, our residential care home located in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at The Retreat, you will provide person centred care and support to residents throughout the day, assisting with daily living while encouraging independence, dignity and choice.

You will work closely with residents, families and colleagues to create a safe, caring and positive environment.
