We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join the team at our newly commissioned, purpose-built mental health nursing home, designed with recovery, dignity, and rehabilitation at its heart. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with complex mental health needs, empowering them to regain independence, build life skills, and move forward in their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide person-centred support with daily living activities
- Build therapeutic relationships with residents based on trust and consistency
- Support recovery-focused care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Encourage engagement in rehabilitation, social, and community activities
- Promote independence, self-worth, and dignity in every interaction
