The Supervisor is a key position within our company, responsible for the successful opening and closing of the shop and for managing Team Members and operations during individual shifts. A Supervisor also ensures that our company ethos and values are correctly reflected.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Key holder with responsibility for opening and closing the shop
  • Supervising Team Members and demonstrating leadership during a shift, including allocating breaks and positions
  • Rigorously implementing customer service standards
  • Ensuring that Team Members are carrying out their duties to the standard they have been trained
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer complaints/issues
  • Ensuring that the shop is always immaculately presented and that exceptional food standards are rigorously adhered to and allergen information is kept up to date
  • Serving customers
  • Any activities that may be considered typical to the day-to-day operations of a shift
  • Recording all deliveries and making the GM / AM aware
  • Recording stock levels and making order requests
  • Maintaining statutory and good practice Health and Safety, Food hygiene and Fire Safety standards
  • All other actions and responsibilities that would routinely be expected of a Supervisor
  • Advising the GM / AM of any absence, lateness or extended shifts
