Situated on the stunning East Lothian coastline, we are just 18 miles from Edinburgh and a short distance from North Berwick, Haddington and other East Lothian towns.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team of exceptional Spa Therapists at Fletcher's Cottage.

This part‑time role will cover weekend shifts over Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What you’ll be doing in this role

  • Consistently performing all Spa Treatments as per product and Spa Training, whilst tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  • Ensuring exceptional experiences, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and health and safety of the Spa workplace.
  • Upselling Spa treatments and products.
  • Meeting and greeting clients to the Spa.
  • Ensuring aftercare recommendations are made at the end of treatments, linking with client concerns.
  • Assist with questions relating to Spa products and services.

Who are we looking for

  • Experience in Beauty and Spa, ideally with a broad skill set within a luxury environment. Fletcher’s Spa training will be given to ensure skill set and confidence within role.
  • A capability and commitment to delivering high levels of Guest care.
  • Confidence in upselling and promoting retail products and Spa services.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning, growing, and exploring new products and Spa treatments.
