NAKIMUSHI is a new Japanese townhouse from the team behind Michelin-starred Dorian, EEL Sushi, Supermarket of Dreams and the Notting Hill Fish + Meat Shop. The concept brings together Urchin, created by chef Yuji Shimokawa Kelly, and Robin’s Ramen by chef Robin Kosuge. Across three floors, NAKIMUSHI combines a fast-paced ground-floor ramen bar with an upper-floor restaurant and bar focused on Japanese cooking, ramen, robata-grilled seafood and carefully sourced meat.

We are looking for an experienced Sommelier to join the team and help shape the atmosphere, drinks service and guest experience. Sake knowledge would be a bonus.
