Join Our Food & Beverage Team
We are currently seeking someone with passion and energy to be part of the management team in our Food & Beverage operation.
The ideal candidate will work directly under our F&B Manager to ensure standards of customer care for our Members and Guests, staff performance and health & safety are maintained in the bar and restaurant areas of the Clubhouse and Events Functions.
What you\βll be doing in this role:
β Consistently Delivering an excellent Member and Guest experience.
β Overseeing the Food and Beverage operations on a day-to-day basis.
β Taking ownership and leading relationship building with team members, Members and Guests.
β Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
β Assisting with the recruitment, management, training, and developing of the F&B Team.
β Working within budgeted guidelines.
β Assisting in setting and achieving departmental targets and objectives, work schedules and policies and procedures.
β Collaborates with key departments within the business.
β Deputising for the F&B Manager in their absence.
β Ensuring all financial targets and reports are met and maintained.

β Several years of experience, working in a managerial or supervisory position in a similar, fast-paced style of operation.
