The Seasonal Chef de Partie position at a glance:
Hours: from 30-32 hours per week (rota based, to include evenings and weekends)
Contract dates: Start between 14th–23rd November 2026, depending on your availability, and work through until approximately 20th December 2026

Who are we looking for?
This is a hands‑on role in busy, fresh‑food kitchens, so you’ll need to be ready to get stuck in from day one. We’re looking for chefs with:
Solid experience in a similar fast‑paced, high‑quality fresh‑food kitchen
Strong practical cookery skills and confidence working across a section
A positive, calm approach when service gets busy
A genuine team‑player mindset – great kitchens run on good communication and people backing each other
Reliability, a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for temporary festive‑season work
A love of good food, a sense of humour and a great attitude
