The festive season is our busiest and most exciting time of year, and we are looking for an energetic, hardworking Seasonal Barback to join our team from 16th November 2026 to 2nd January 2027. The role
As a Lucky Voice Seasonal Barback, you are the engine behind our bar. You keep our bartenders stocked, supported and ready to serve, so every guest gets their drinks quickly, and every shift runs smoothly. Organised, quick on your feet and a great team player, you help keep the energy high and the bar spotless through our busiest weeks of the year.
About you
Previous experience as a barback or in a busy bar, restaurant or venue is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and stay calm under pressure.
You are physically fit and comfortable lifting, carrying and moving stock throughout your shift.
You are reliable, punctual and available to work throughout the contractual period, including New Year's Eve.
An interest in cocktails, spirits, beers and wines is a bonus.
You bring energy, positivity and a sense of fun to the workplace, making both your team and customers feel welcome and valued.
Key responsibilities
Support the bartenders so drinks are served quickly and to a high standard.
Restock fridges, spirits, mixers, garnishes, ice and glassware throughout the shift.
Collect, wash and polish glassware, and keep the bar and back-of-house areas clean and well organised.
Prepare garnishes and assist with bar set-up and close-down.
Help with stock deliveries, rotation and storage.
Follow health, safety and licensing regulations at all times.
Work as part of the team to ensure a great guest experience.
Please note: This role requires flexibility and late working hours, including weekends and New Year's Eve.
