We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Food & Beverage Assistant Manager responsible for assisting with the managing of all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent Member and Guest experience across the Archerfield Estate.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

  • Consistently Delivering an excellent Member and Guest experience.
  • Overseeing Food and Beverage operations.
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service with a Customer First attitude.
  • Assisting with the management, training, and developing of F&B Team.
  • Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing shifts across a variety of meal periods.
  • Working within budgeted guidelines.
  • Deputising for the Food and Beverage area managers in their absence.

  • Preferred experience of leading a Front of House Team.
