Overview
Looking for an experienced supervisor to join the team at One Club Row & The Knave of Clubs! As we ramp up in the autumn and winter, we would love to meet some candidates who have experience running a busy pub service. The ideal candidate is warm, organized and charming, with a passion for the London restaurant and pub scene. We take ultimate pride in our standards of service, and are keen to find a supervisor who shares our ethos: the importance of great service, building relationships with regulars, and always striving to be better.
Responsibilities
Managing a service (lunch and dinner)
Delegating tasks to wider team
Being attentive to guests and maximizing guest experience
Assisting with training and development
Requirements
Minimum of two years in a reputable London pub.
Solid knowledge/understanding of beers, wines and cocktails.
Friendly, approachable and hardworking individuals
Willing to work weekends.
