We are currently inviting applications for a self-motivated, well presented, and outgoing Professional Shop Retail Assistant to provide the first contact customer interaction with our Members and Guests at the Club.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Consistently Delivering a professional, friendly, and engaging service to Member and Guests.
- Booking tee times and checking-in golfers.
- Driving retail sales through a sound understanding of product.
- Keeping the Professional Shop clean and orderly.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings via phone, email and in person.
- Taking advantage of upselling opportunities to maximise additional sales of retail and hire products.
- Stock replenishment and merchandising in Professional Shop.
Who are we looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills with an outgoing personality.
- Ability to Consider What’s Next and anticipate and adapt to Member and Guest needs.
- Understanding of tee sheet policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with basic computer functions.
- Weekend work required as part of a 5-day week
- Strong knowledge of golf would be advantageous.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues and Collaborate with Purpose as part of a team.
