Crate is seeking a Kitchen Lead in London to keep the kitchen running smoothly while delivering high-quality pizzas. You’ll be hands-on through service, help bring newer team members up to speed, and act as the point of support when the Group Executive Chef or management aren’t around.
With a mix of morning, day, evening and weekend shifts, you’ll lead a busy line, train staff, uphold pizza quality and kitchen standards, and oversee stock, health & safety, and cleanliness.
