Situated on the stunning East Lothian coastline, we are just 18 miles from Edinburgh and a short distance from North Berwick, Haddington and other East Lothian towns.

Join our Food and Beverage Team. We have positions available across the Estate for enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individuals to join our Food & Beverage Team. These roles are on a permanent basis, with full-time or close to full-time hours available.

What you'll be doing in this role:

  • Prioritising the needs of customers, ensuring that experiences match expectations with a Customer First attitude.
  • Taking accurate orders and making recommendations.
  • Preparing and delivering food and drink in a professional manner.
  • Consistently Delivering, making sure that the needs of our Members and Guests are always being met.
  • Enriching our Members and Guests experience.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
