Situated on the stunning East Lothian coastline, we are just 18 miles from Edinburgh and a short distance from North Berwick, Haddington and other East Lothian towns.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Inventory Operative to join our team and help support the department in receiving, distribution and general monitoring of stock across the Estate. This morning role involves a 7am start working through to Noon over five days.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Accurate receiving of food, beverage, and consumable orders on a daily basis.
- Consistently delivering in physically and digitally via our F&B inventory control platform.
- Maintaining that all orders are put away and stored securely in the correct areas of the building.
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of items across the Estate.
- Maintaining a clean and safe cellar workspace including cleaning beer lines and managing stock rotation.
- Promptly highlighting and responding to supplier queries and resolving any delivery anomalies that occur.
- Ensuring all room gifts and pre-prepared food is delivered into properties.
