We are looking for a reliable and friendly Night Porter to join our team at The Mitre Hotel in Manchester city centre. The role also includes cross-training and shifts at our sister property, The Black Lion Hotel. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, can work confidently overnight, and takes pride in providing good customer service.
Main Duties
- Welcoming late arrivals and assisting guests during the night
- Carrying out regular security and fire safety checks around the hotel
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Taking payments, responding to emails and reviews
- Completing the housekeeping cleaning sheet for the next morning
- Working across both hotel properties when required
