Bundobust Brewery are looking for a new Assistant Manager to join their team. We want someone outgoing with a passion for hospitality to help us run this busy city centre tap room and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate, train, and manage a team, ensuring that the guests get the best experience we can offer and that staff enjoy their time on shift
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, compliance and ensuring the restaurant is neat and welcoming to guests
- Deliver a memorable experience to our guests by offering hospitality over service and creating an experience that people will remember
- Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, and training programs
- Work with the wider industry to help build community in and around the city
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Assist with managing budgets, cost control, and achieving sales targets
- Help create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage while maintaining team morale
- Helping recruit and mould a team that can deliver on any and all of its objectives
