Are you a commercially minded, creative professional with a passion for hospitality? The Royal Bell is looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to help drive growth, increase footfall, and elevate the profile of our vibrant ground floor venues — Zilli Caffè, Aldo’s Pizza, and the Bar & Grill. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in building revenue, creating memorable guest experiences, and strengthening our presence in the local community.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Membership, Sales & Marketing, you will take the lead in delivering innovative sales initiatives, executing marketing campaigns, and developing local partnerships to drive commercial success across our outlets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Sales & Revenue
- Increase covers, bookings, and overall revenue across all outlets
- Identify new opportunities to boost trade during both peak and quieter periods
- Manage and convert large table bookings in the Bar & Grill
- Grow corporate business, particularly for Aldo’s Pizza (pizza parties, catering, and local business partnerships)
- Marketing & Brand Growth
- Work closely with central Marketing & PR teams to raise awareness of our offering
- Support and execute campaigns, promotions, and in‑house activations
- Oversee menu updates and design, ensuring consistency and strong visual appeal across all brands
- Community & Partnerships
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and organisations
- Develop creative partnerships to increase footfall and brand visibility
- Represent The Royal Bell as a key ambassador within the Bromley community
- Events & Guest Experience
- Support the planning and delivery of in‑venue events
- Collaborate with teams to deliver engaging experiences that drive repeat visits

- Experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (restaurants, hotels, or clubs preferred)
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
