We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and energetic individuals to join our fantastic Parties Team at our Croydon venue. If you love creating memorable experiences and thrive in a lively, fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

Our parties are at the heart of what we do — from laser tag to classic parties, teddy bear workshops, and Go Kart celebrations, you’ll be the person who brings the fun to life. Your role is to make the birthday child feel like the star of the show, while ensuring parents and guests enjoy a smooth, stress‑free experience.

You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional party from start to finish, including:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the party parent throughout their visit
  • Organising food and drinks and ensuring everything arrives at the table on time
  • Entertaining and engaging children during their meal and transition periods
  • Welcoming guests and helping everyone feel comfortable and excited
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness before, during and after each party
  • Supporting the wider team with general customer service and operational tasks as needed

This is a hands‑on, active role where no two parties are ever the same — you’ll be moving, hosting, organising and creating fun from the moment guests arrive.

About You

We’re looking for people who naturally bring energy, warmth and confidence to a room. Our parties department is one of our busiest areas, so you’ll need to be someone who:

  • Has excellent organisation and time‑management skills
  • Can stay calm and upbeat under pressure
  • Communicates confidently with parents, large groups of children, and other team members
  • Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment
  • Takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Works well as part of a supportive, fun and professional team

As weekends are our peak party times, strong weekend availability is essential.

Why Join Us?

As part of our team, you’ll help create unforgettable moments for families while working in a lively, supportive environment. You’ll gain valuable experience in customer service, hosting, organisation, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within the business.
