We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead PAM’s kitchen and shape its culinary direction.
This is an opportunity for a creative, commercially astute leader to build a strong brigade, champion outstanding seasonal produce and deliver food with clarity, confidence and soul.
- What you’ll do
- Lead the culinary vision, menu development and daily kitchen operation at PAM.
- Recruit, develop and retain a talented brigade with clear standards and a healthy team culture.
- Ensure exceptional consistency in flavour, presentation, preparation and service execution.
- Own food cost, labour, purchasing, supplier relationships, stock management and waste reduction.
- Maintain full compliance and partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and sustainable performance.
